Changing a newsroom’s culture is hard – let’s come together to share ideas and collectively build a framework for getting your efforts off the ground. We’ll tap into our collective braintrust to outline where to begin, what milestones to look for and what challenges to anticipate. Participants will co-create a template for culture change to bring back to their own teams.

This session is designed for:

  • Managers who are working to lead organizational culture change around digital workflows, diversity, equity and inclusion, and remote/hybrid workplaces
  • Anyone who wants to talk about, contribute to or lead change in newsrooms
