Chancey is a writer, organizer, and advocate working at the intersection of cloud connected accessibility tools, data ethics, and information literacy. She is an Affiliate-in-Residence at Data & Society, an independent nonprofit research organization. She is also an Assistive Technology Coordinator with the New York Public Library, where she founded and maintains The Dimensions Project, a free lab exploring accessible images, models and data representations, and the President of the National Federation of the Blind's Assistive Technology Trainers' Division.
