David is the Monitor's Associate Publisher, leading a diverse team responsible for marketing, analytics, social media, and events in pursuit of subscriptions to the Monitor's digital and print products. David joined the Monitor as a Washington-based political reporter in 2011 before joining the the business team in 2013. His previous projects included building and launching digital news products focused on cybersecurity, energy and education.
